Can someone from symantec help?

I have a ticket opened at least two+ months; symantec still doesn't have an update for me, and I'm still experiencing the problem everyday. I'm wondering if someone from Symantec here can take a look at my case. Thanks

I am no longer with symc so cant help from that perspective, but here is a doc that explains how you can escalate this.

I would encourage you to speak with a duty manager to assist you in getting the appropriate response.

Paul. Thank you very much. Really appreciate it. Almost everyday, we need to restart the archive task for at least 5 to 20 times to flush the A1 queue. It's very painful on our end.
