Hello,

I using the http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH3789 for archive all object in a mailbox, and when doing this step " Within the Vault Administration Console (VAC), right-click on the EV Archiving Service/Task for the server the user's mailbox resides on, and select Run Now." can not find some enable users. what can I do?

PS: If I try to enable them again they are not there, it´s the same if I try to disable them.

Hi Tonaco

Can you run the following SQL query against teh EnterprisevaultDirectory database:

User EnterpriseVaultDirectory

Select  MbxDisplayName, MbxArchivingState,MbxExchangeState

where MbxDisplayName = '<Display name of the user>'

Replace <Display name of the user> with the name of the user and post the result.
