Cannot create support case.

Hi,

I just want to create a techical supportin in veritas.com login with my account but i cannot find "teachical support" under "Create a support case". and I just can select below option:

Billing
Credit and collections
Customer information
Enterpise flexible licensing - EFLEX

I can create teachical support case before and may I know how is any proble in my account?

You need to ring up support using toll-free numbers in your area and check if you have any entitlements under active maintenance that can be added to your account.
