Client Side PST migration

Is there a way where an enabled mailbox user can initiate a PST migration at their convince? I know it's done automatically, but I would like to know if the user can control the scheduling of the PST migration.

This is not a feature of the product at this time but there is an external tool called PST Flightdeck which I believe will do this for you. Not seen it myself but reading here that is how I am understanding it:-

So once the Client Driven PST is enabled, the user does not have the option as to when the PST files will be migrated?

That is correct, there is nothing for this at this time that ships with EV, except a third party tool.
