Confused how to calculate quota based archiving limits

Hi,

I'm confused with the wording "Archive items until mailbox available storage reaches:"

Now if my mailbox limits are:

warning limit: 120MB

send limit: 200MB

receive limit: 300MB 

if I want users mailbox stay 20% below the warning limit so that the mailbox is max 93MB. Should the quota % be 69?

OR should the number be 31? As I said I'm confused how that ruling sentence should be interpreted....

numbers are 120MB*0,8 = 96MB and (96MB/300MB)*100 =32% 100%-32% = 68% and the number should be 68%.
