Connections to EV SQL Databases - why so many?

HI All,

Just wondering why the EV Service account has so many connections to the SQL Databases.

We have;
1 connection to VaultAudit.
26 connections to VaultDirectory.
4 connections to VaultMonitoring.
16 connections to JournalVaultStore.
5 connections to MailboxVaultStore.
6 connections to EVVDefaultUpgradeGroup.

Is this normal?

I would think so.  How many servers/mailbox task/journal task do you have?

Yes, totally normal wait till you look at SQL when running 70 Enterprise Vault Servers :)
