Need some answers to the following error messages after exchange server upgrade to 2013. Evault ahs not run properly for over 2 weeks. Any help will do thanks.

Mail is not being archived from the journal mailbox. There is likely to be a build up of unarchived mail. The unarchived mail cannot be searched for regulatory compliance requirements purposes.
The problem is most likely to be that Enterprise Vault cannot access Exchange Server or the journal mailbox.
|It is more than 2 days since any archive-enabled mailboxes on Exchange Server were scanned for new archive eligible items.
