Few thoughts...
4. Can We add evault url in Exchange SSL certificate ?
Don't know.
5. Ports need to be open for SQL, Outlook clients and Exchange ?
Yes, Enterprise Vault needs to be able to connect to AD, SQL and Exchange, in order to do archiving, and retrieval. Additionally end-users will need access to EV too (via HTTP)
6. Does it support WIndows 2012 R2 Hyper-V ?
No. The Compatibility Guide lists 2012 R2 as pending.
