Hello,
are there any information about customizing integrated search in Enterprise Vault 11 besides http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH54559?
Has the functionality been removed to customize the integrated search due to the new ev search? In my EV10 lab I'm able to remove the properties button next to the search results but in my second environment with EV11 I'm not able to change anything.
TECH54559 only mentions the following for customizing Archive Explorer settings:
"Please note, the Archive Explorer settings are not supported in EV versions 8.0 base and 11.0.x. The values below marked with an Exception ( * ) have been added in EV 8.0 SP1."
Another question is, after clicking the properties of the search results is there a way to remove the checkbox "Delete this element from Vault" ? (image attached)

TECH54559 is not valid for the new search available in EV11.x
Enterprise Vault Search can be customized through the search policy. For more info read below article.

Thank you for your answer but I'm not using the new search. The question was about the integrated search feature which is working in Enterprise Vault 11 until the users get provisioned for the new ev search.

Does anyone else have additional information about the situation? Is this a problem or the correct behavior?
I can't find any information about it.

It is a strange behavior. After many iisresets and clearing of cache I can see the changes in integrated search (searcho2k.asp)
So for anyone else reading this, http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH54559 is stil working in Enterprise Vault 11 when using the old search. But I had to do (an) iisreset.

I've already seen this and we are running in this problem. Do you know if it also affects restoring in integrated search (searcho2k.asp)?

Restoring from legacy search didn't work of any of my EV customers. It was a common problem for all of them. I had to upgrade the search and then restoring began to work just fine.
