DA Sampled results instead of full results

 We are running a search in Da 7.5 SP3 and for some reason all of a sudden our legal team are getting hits but the results is only showing a sample of the hits.

Completed: 100 % Choose whether to accept or reject these results.
Hits: 258
Volumes processed: 387/387
Sampled: 26


Why has this sampled shown up. I seem to recall it from a few years ago but cant remember how to correct this so it does not sample

Forget it we figured it out

It is a version Bug

Aparently when you are creating a search and if you decide to hit the Clear button on the search screen and then re-enter the search info the BUG in DA kicks in and creates this SAMPLE issue.

The fix is to reject the search, wait a few minutes and then create a brand new search.

I wont set this as a solution as i dont want the points assigned to me for answering my own question

I was removing my post to clean it up.  If you mark your own post as solved you don't get points, btw.  They did that to keep folks from "gaming" the system.  :)

WOW that was the first question I have posted in a long time and also the first solution I have marked. Normally I answer the questions. It is nice to be on the other side even if I did find the solution hahahaha
