Hello all,
Long story short, I have 1 DA customer database which is EV9.0.4. For whatever reason, this database is not upgraded (current is 11.0.1CHF5), nor is it in the EVBAADMIN page.
Does anyone know which SQL scripts to run, and which order, against this one Customer Database to upgrade it to 10, then to 11?
This environment has expiry running, and is almost empty, except for 85000 items. After investigation, the items have VaultInterest, due to cases in that one database not being in DA. If I can get access to that database with the DA client, I can then close and delete any cases remaining.

Hi Gertjan,
you will have to upgrade from 9.0.4 to 10.0.2 or 10.0.3 or 10.0.4.
From these version you can jump to 11.0.1
