Has this happened to anyone else? We allow users to delete from their vault and when deleting shortcuts they are prompted if they want to delete just the shortcut or both the shortcut and vault item.
When selecting a few dozen vaulted & normal messages for deletion (not using Outlook groups) they hit DEL then "Delete Both" the following happens; all of the non-vautled items delete and only a few vaulted items do.... sometimes 10, sometimes 20, but not all of them. You then have to repeat the delete operation a few times to get them to all delete.
