I posted last week in regards to scripting a method to deploy the fdm forms so they can be published to the users personal forms library, but was brought to the attention of the policy for Deploying forms locally to always in the Vault console. We've deployed the 7.5 full EV client to all desktops with Outlook 2007, Exchange 2003 with vault version Ev2007 SP5, and some users have the forms in thier personal library, but many don't. Those that don't do not see the archived icon for emails that are archived as stated in the message body. Manually loading the forms works great through forms manager, but not ideal for hundreds/thousands of systems.
I mentioned to our exchange/EV admin this policy but he says that it is already checked to always deploy forms locally for the site. So now I'm baffled what to do next. Is there a way to check why the forms are not being deployed? We have no old forms/client versions existing before this push of the client.
