After upgrading to 8.0 SP3, I know there were changes so that DA administrators were not automatically granted access to the DA cases. However, I have also noticed that the DA admins were not even given access to make modifications to the case access.
Mainly, the Role Assignment and Review Assignment tabs are no longer available so I am unable to assign anyone for review of a case that I have had open for several months. Is there a way that I can gain access to this tab to make changes? The user account that I am connecting with is also the Case Owner which really is also odd that they would not be automatically be granted case admin rights.
