Hi,
Vault services is stopping because disk D: hosting temp files is full of following files viv_xq_*.
Based on Symantec support, Indexing could be the root cause.
From VAC, Index volume status indicates no failed index.
From event logs, I've event 41022:

There are 277094 items that have been deleted from Vault Store 'Mailbox Vault Store' but have not yet been deleted from the indexes.
There may be a problem with Enterprise Vault indexing.
***
Description of env.: Version of Vault installed is v.10.0.2. Exchange target: Exchange 2003 and 2010.
Important note: Vault DBs have been migrated from SQL 2005 to SQL2012 last weekend and based on following procedure: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH35744

What's the root cause of temp files? how can I handle them?
