E-mails not showing in archive explorer

Hey folks,

I have a user that has a good amount of e-mails in her archive but they do not show in her Archive explorer, she only shows about 10 emails there.  However I can go to the Archive Search and she has a ton of emails there, is there a setting I need to change to make sure all the e-mails are showing in Archive explorer?

Is the folder structure the same in AE as it is in Outlook and Search? As search is ok then the issue is not the index so i would check the folder structure side in the database tables. Also check this technote: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH172153

The folder structure doesnt even show, when you browse to the user in AE it just shows a handful of messages but there are no folders under her name at all, I verified she has a good deal of folders in Exchange.

Is this an isolated problem or does it effect many people.

This might help you:

Archive Explorer displays incorrect or incomplete folder listing in the folder list and item list.

It seems to be an isolated problem.  I went to the article you sent, ran the query and if I am reading this right everything is correct, there is one folder name with "Top of information store" and the parent folder root identity is set to NULL.
