we are facing a strage issue with the vault client for outlook 2007
currently we are running the following :
- Enterprise vault 9.0.5
- outlook 2007
- evault client 9.0.5 and 8.0.5
using Ev client v9 :
------------------------------
an outlook profile created with 2 mailboxes (personal and shared mailbox) >>> only search vault button is available
using Ev client v8 :
------------------------------
an outlook profile created with 2 mailboxes (personal and shared mailbox) >>> all buttons are available without any issue
Note : regardelss the version if a sperate profile is created for each mailbox , all buttons will be vailable without any issues
we have already checked http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH57070
and we are running out of ideas... would you please help us fixing this?

have you set client logging to maximum and reviewed logs from each scenario for comparison?
