Does anyone know what to do?

The Location for temporary Files will not get smaller, so these files will be not processed for any reasons.

thank you for your input

Regards

Wanted to tell all that this issue is finally solved.

Technical Support told me to do the following.

This looks like a problem processing certain items due to issues splitting them up for sharing, so a workaround could be to:

Disable Device-level Sharing at the partition (properties of your partition -> General tab)

  • Restart your Storage service
  • Let the partition process and when the files are clear...
  • Re-enable device-level sharing
  • Restart your Storage service

Based on the error, that's a context stack is full, which makes a ton of sense to me (not really) What version of windows are you running? What version of centra star is the centera running? What version of the centera SDK is installed on the EV server? How many vault stores do you have assigned to that one server? Have you tweaked how many collector threads run via the registry? How long after EV storage service is started does this occur? Is it just one error or do all the threads shut down with this error? Did it start immediately after you upgraded or has it only just started happening? When it started happening did you install any updates to windows, office or the centera?

Windows Version is Windows 2003 Std. 32Bit SP2

Active CentraStar software version: 4.1.0-3343-0-0

Well, where can i let me show the SDK Version of the centera? Well Enterprise Vault is Version 9.0.1.1073

4 VaultStores are assigned.

I haven't tweaked any registry key, should i?

This error occur after 5 minutes, when i start the storage service.

There is just one error.

It only just started happening till three days, The system was not upgraded in the last two months.

I did not install any updates on the machine.

thank for your help

how many items do you currently have in your temporary collections area?
Most likely through the log file, you may be able to find the DVS file that is causing the issue and at the very least open a support case and pass the DVS file along to the engineers

Is this for journaling or mailbox archiving or both?

Well, there are exactly 100 Files in the temporary collections area.

In which logfile can i look for the DVS file which is causing the error?

This is FSA no journal or mailbox archiving.
