EV 10.0.1 FSA Shortcut creation error code 18 ?

ANyone seen this error during FSA shortcut creation run

ARCHIVE *** Error *** - Error accessing the file: \\?\UNC\EV1.demo.local\archive\data\946080.wdv, error code: 18

Have you also seen this while trying to create shortcut for certail DOC and XLS files?

enterprise vault  Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component

the only one I remember is a Centera issue storing the item, as its a COM error it will prob be from storage, Dtrace and log a case.

just as a matter of interest, if you look on the server, is there anything holding those files open? does the file still exist?

Error code 18 means "There are no more files" which is a little ambiguous really
