EV 10.0.1 Firewall ports for Archiving File server in DMZ with Placeholder shortcut

We want to archive a file server sitting in DMZ with EV 10.0.1 and use placeholder shortcuts.

What ports required to be open in which direction?

EV FSA Server -> File Server - Ports?

File Server -> EV FSA Server  - Ports ?
