we have an issue by a customer. In Outlook 2016 is it not possible to search content in mails.
This behavior is only in the Virtual Vault Folder. This is not a user error or something, we have tested it. The mails we have searched for are archived and in the ev search present. The vault cache was reseted completly and the indexing in Outlook 2016 was rebuilt.
We cant test this in our test enviroment because of internal issues, but is it possible in Outlook 2016 to search content in the virtual vault or is there an issue by the customer?
In the indexing settings from outlook is also set the location path to the vault cache data.
