Hello,
we facing a strange issue in Outlook 2007. The EV Add-In is 11.0.1 CHF5. When we forward or answer (Right-Klick -> Forward/Answer) an archived unread message, then the item stay in unread format. Please look at the screenshost, it shows the behavior.
"Antworten" means answer
"Weiterleiten" means forward
This behaviour is just in Outlook 2007, in 2010 and 2013 it work fine.
I cant find an offical statement from veritas.
