EV 11.0.1 shortcuts not opening in outlook 2016

We have a new parallel setup being build with Windows 10 client and Outlook 2016.

We see the EV shortcuts are not launching correctly. from Outlook 2016. 2 scenarios as below.

1. Current environment - Working scenario
EnterpriseVault: 11.0.1 CH5
EV Add in: 10.0.1.1171
Exchange Version: 2010 SP3
Client version: Windows 7
Outlook 2010

2. Test Environment - Facing above issue
EnterpriseVault: 11.0.1 CH5
EV Add in: 11.0.1.3706
Exchange Version: 2010 SP3
Client version: Windows 10
Outlook 2016

When launching the emails from the windows 10 machine the grey BAR is shown which says the email is archived by EV and click here to view the original email.
After clicking on the same nothing happens.
ArchiveExplorer and Search Vaults are working perfectly from the browser as well as when launched from outlook 2016.

Attaching the logs from the desktop client to gain some additional details on this.

This can be related to a known issue with recent MS Outlook patches documented in this article: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100039979

Try installing EV Outlook Addin 12.2.3 or 12.3. This is should fix your problem.
