I have an issue which I cannot seem to fix.
I am using Yosemite with EV 11.0.1.1022 plugin installed. Whenever I login to the vault the EV app appears to crash. The icon in the top task bar disapears and the about 60 seconds later returns and is still not logged in. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but to no avail. The hotfix 1 for EV 11 seems to be for windows operating systems only with nothing for OSX. Has anyone else suffered this?

what version of Exchange and what version of EV are you running?

You might perhaps attach the ev mac client log https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO38265.html.
Please report also the outlook version installed on OS X and any sp installed.

since you're on EV 11, i would go with IMAP access to the archive and avoid the EV client altogether.
