EV 6SP4 to EV8 64 bit

We have evault 6 sp4 running on windows2003 sp2 but need to go to EV8 and want to run this on 64bitsOS, is there any way to do this, surely there must be some SQL Upgrade script for this?

First you need to do an upgrade of your EV from 6 - 7 - 7.5 - 8 Yes it is a 4 step upgrade but it can be done on one day

Once you have the EV side upgraded then you can look at moving it to the new OS.

Yes, Liam is correct.
We have done this internally a month or two ago, Switched from EV7.5 2003 x86 to EV8.0 on 2008 x64.
It's pretty painless.

We did the upgrade first, and then just followed the move EV Server procedure found here:

Keep in mind that all your registry settings for EV will be stored under the WOW64Node!
(HKLM\Software\WOW64Node\KVS)

This is a common pitfall ;)
