EV 8.0 SP4 - Enterprise Vault Online section not loading

Hi, I have just recently upgraded EV from EV 8.0 SP2 to SP4. It did so successfully however, the Enterprise Vault Online section would not load. I have been searching the forums high and low for a resolution to this, as it is a demo server which needs to be functional 100%. I could not find anything on here so thought I would post my workaround. Error: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Enterprise%20Vault//Translated/Admin/En/EVOnline.htm File could not be found. Sollution: Start Regedit HKLM/Software/KVS/Enterprise Vault/Install Edit InstallPath to remove the trailing slash. Close and reopen the VAC and it should work. I don't know what this change effects other than the resolution to the Enterprise Vault Online, so please remember to BACK UP your REGISTRY before applying this fix. good catch, the trailing slash has been found other places too and caused functionality to break

There is at least one other documented issue with the trailing slash for EV 8 that comes to mind.
