EV 8.0 cannot read archived items in reading pane, have to open item.

Hello, I finally have all of my items archived and I think I was able to see the contents in the reading pane before (I can't recall, this is a test setup) but now when you click an item nothing appears in the reading pane but the header info. I have to double-click and open the item in order to read the contents. I read a couple of messages here in the forum about that issue but they didn't solve the issue, please help.

This is with EV8, Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007.

What did you set your shortcut content to be?  If you don't include any of the message body nothing will show.

On the Exchange Mailbox Policy> Shortcut Content tab.
