EV 8 SP3- Restored email will not archive

I have restored one users exchange 2007 mail from the enterprise vault email archive to allow the account to be moved to a new enterprise vault site. The email is not archiving to the vault with a policy set for anything older than six months. How do I reset the email attributes to allow them to be archived without manual intervention?

"If you restored the archive back then the items will not be ready based on send/recieve date.

If your restored the archive you can set the following to allow Enterprise Vault to archive the restored items during the next archiving run,

Create  the REG_DWORD IgnoreEVDates in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Agent.  (remember if 64 bit it goes under WOW6432Node)
Set the value of IgnoreEVDates to 3 (decimal), then restart the archiving task"
