EV 9 Task not running

Hi Guys

I have just completed my first build of EV 9 now I have followed everything to the letter ( well I am pretty sure I have )

but when I try and run the Archiving task I get the below error when i go through logs.

Permissions have been set with the powershell script from Symantec I have tried with DS and the Closest GC and still same error

On Symantec server I have 2007 SP 2 outlook and Exh is 2010 sp1 going over all the logs this is the only area that indicates any kind of failure

Also not sure if these are related but when i try and run a sync i get

unable to perform syncronosation

Task state - failed

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

When archiving from Exchange 2010 you may not set the closest GC key, only the DS Server key, and that has to Point to your Exchange CAS or CAS Array. It is also described at the bottom of this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319206/en-us

Furthermore make sure you have Hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475891 installed for Outlook.

DS points to CAS array, I have just put in the hot fix and still same errors as above

Have you tried this HF? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968858 - noticed it resolved a similar issue and is related to OL2007SP2

Have you actually opened Outlook and tried to connect to the Mailbox?

Have you disabled IPv6? (Have you run deployment scanner?)
