EV 9 - The Enterprise Vault service is not available.

Suddenly i have the message "The Enterprise Vault service is not available." on the page http://localhost/enterprisevault/

No errors in eventlog, server rebooted, not solved. Now what to do ?

See if you have the client installed, very same thing happened to me A DTrace of w3wp spewed errors constantly I had to uninstall the clien then reinstall the EV binaries

Thanks, I found out that my EV service account was locked. After unlocking it still did not work correcty.
After checking lot of things, I ran the command "cscript webapp.vbs" to recreate the EV site in IIS and all started to work fine.
