Anyone know of a way to test if the EV API is working on a target server? We've tried nothing and were all out of ideas...
Actually, we've changeed and turned off firewall settings, tried an intersite Archive Mailbox Move and it's not able to find a "Destination Vault Store" in which to move the archive to.

its most likely failing because it can't resolve or read the targets Site Alias
for instance you may have
1A9760109673CB9428CC5F17C62B7B0DC1d10000destinationSite
make sure from each site you can ping the site alias, in this instance make sure you can ping 'destinationSite'
As for other testing you can check this

Wishing I has posted sooner. I did find in the dtrace that it was trying to connet to "Vault" and our old site alias is vault.corp.company.com and the new site alias is vault.company.com and so "Vault" was resolving to the old system...
Why oh why do programmers not use FQDN's... had the same problem at two web development companies. I made them in to better programers by forcing them to use FQDN's... NetBios/WINS is dead, dangnamit... or at least dying...
Thanks JW.

Can also be a matter of default DNS suffix.. :)
