I am new to Symantec EV, it will be helpfull for me if any one can help me to under stand following.

1) Architecture of Symantec EV

2) integration with Exchnage.

3) what is closed & open partitions, finger prints, indexes.

If you are a partner, login and check training section. Be prepared to spend few days just to get a feel for EV.

Symantec offers their "eLibrary" online for free if you're looking for training. https://techcenter.symantec.com/ecampus/enterprise?siteName=sena&courseNo=DP6002

we can help with specific questions and troubleshooting once you get things going but i would strongly recommend working with a partner if you're new to EV.
