EV Error?

I have installed the EV 8.0 ,but in outlook, can't see all the EV items, like store in vault is missed .who knows what happened?

OK, I think I understand your issue.

Install the add-in again if it is not.
Open Outlook, if you do not see the icons on the toolbar close Outlook and open Windows Explorer. Browse to  \Program Files\Enterprise Vault\EVClient and double click the ResetEVClient.exe

Re-open Outlook.  If the issue still persisits double click an archived item and see if the buttons show properly then.

A little more info is needed.

Is this a fresh install or did you upgrade?
Did it ever work?
Did you install the EV Client?
have you enabled a user?

What steps have you taken?

I was installed Symantec Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in-en.msi and un-install many times.

But it is still can't see the all items.

this account use in other PC is allright.
