EV Office Mail App shows 'blank' for some users.

Hi,

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot the below?

 

I have setup the certificates and installed the EV Office Mail App for some users. My test and personal accounts work fine but other users report the below:

No errors are anything obviously wrong, the mail app functions as expected in OWA for all of the users.

is it the users or is it the workstations? in other words, if you login with your account to one of the computers where it's not working for a particular user does it work with you logged in?

just a random thought but Office Mail App needs to be able to get to the internet to pull something from microsoft when it loads. could it be that those users cant get to it?
