Hi,
Kindly find the details of the enviorment as follows.
OS Version: Windows 7 SP1
Outlook Version: 2007 SP3
Enterprise Vault add-in Version: 11.0.1
We are using symantec antivirus.
I am geting below error while opening outlook.
Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'enterprise vault add-in' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?
I have gone through previous discussion blog also: http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/user-ev-add-crashed
But link provided in the solution https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH166005.html is showing 'There is no article that matches your request.'
Can anyone provide the rootcause of the issue.
Kindly provide other technote or link in order to troubleshoot the same.

How many users are affected? What steps have you done so far to troubleshoot?
Have you tried EV Client Reset? Uninstall and Re-install the EV Add-in? Are there other add-ins installed on the client?

1. We are getting this error randomly to any users, as of now 5 users have reported this issue.
2. We have suggested to ResetEVclient on particular users machine.
3. Yes
4. No we didn't try to uninstall and reinstall the EV Add-in.
5. In one user we have checked there were no other Add-in was installed on the client.
