Hello All,

I have an confusion with Provisioning group usage, think that there is an user which is located in different two windows groups, and if I have two provisioning groups this means that this user can stay in two different provisioning groups and we can apply two different Exchange mailbox policy for them. in this time when the policies start which policy will be applied on the user mailbox.

Best Regards

Yusuf.

This is why the you have the concept of ranking order with provisioning groups.

If a user is in two or more groups the first Provisioning Group that the user is a member of will be applied.

In the Vault Admin Console you will see the Rank column by your provisioning groups.
