EV Storage Group Migration

I inherited a EV server running Win 2003 32bit with EV9.0.2.  With our move to Exchange 2013 which is set to go live FEB1 I now have to upgrade EV to a 64bit Server in order to be compatible with exch 2013.  my question what util can i use to migrate the data from old ev to the newley built ev, windows copy is NOT an option.  Storage data is roughly 750GB+ more or less.

Found an app called Richcopy by MS, does Multi thread copy and can do initial seed and if rerun will skip existing files as long as the date, attrib, permissions on source file does not change.

but thank you all for the comments.

Hi chryst7,

Robocopy could be an option to copy the data to the new location. Also, this thread might help:

Simplest answer is to restore from backup to the new server and then do a differential copy via Robocopy

Or if the data is on SAN, you can always deport the disk/LUN from the existing server and import to the new server.  Your storage vendor should have a documented procedure for this. With Volume Manager it takes very little time; just be sure you understand the procedures and take a good backup before you begin.
