Hi All,
We are having issues with a clients email. We are in the process of trying to recreate the shortcuts in the users mailbox but when we run the process nothing changes. http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH47364 We still have items pointing to the old URL.
Any advise?
EV 10.0.4
Server 2008 R2
Exchange mix enviroment: 2007 and 2013
Any ideas would help.

Solved the problem.
I deleted the regkey and then recreated it. Working like a charm now. Weird.
