EV archive - IgnoreEVDates not work

Hi,

We have restored all archive to the user mailbox and shortcut is removed in accident. Now we need to archive his old email again but it not work.

After some research, we need to add a registry key "IgnoreEVDates" and set to "3" to ignore the restore date so EV policy can archive the restored email again. However, his email didn't archive after we add this registry and restart the services

How can we archive these restored email again?

Hello Andy,

Check document http://www.veritas.com/docs/000040806       to see if you set the key in the proper location. Also, restart the archiving task(s). If necessary, you can do a 'run now' on the task for this one mailbox.

Edit - if you are using Domino, this key only works if you are on EV11.0.1 with CHF3
