EV client error

Does any one know why OfflineVaultPH3x_en.dll fails during http only plugin installation. It's W7 64 bit Office 2010 SP1 end we are using EV 9.0 HTTP only pluging

Which version of EV Plugin do you use? Is it 9 SP1?

Are there any restrictions on the client machine - especially arround registering DLL's and restrictions arround the Registry?  Can you manually register the DLL?

Does it affect one client machine or multiple?

Issue is still not solved. I have opened a case to Ent. Support.
