EV event error 41107 not cleared with the created registery key...

Hi,

Still have problem as discribed in this: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH54529  Have created the key and put the value as 2 (create a new entry) and ran the provisioning task but still the account won't show up as possible to enable or anything... Did also try zapping but it did not have any effect to it... Any ideas why this won't work?

from the technote, "Note; If  the mailbox will not automatically be linked to the old record,enable the mailbox using by Enable Mailbox wizard."

have you tried manually enabling the mailbox?

also, that technote is very outdated. if you're on a 64bit system make sure you created the reg key in the right place.

The environment is old as well so the key is in the right place. It will not show any accounts to be possible to enable after the run... show's still that the account is enabled but not in any provisioning group ( "is set to whole exchange organization" so should not be a problem...?)

Could it be that the value for some reason needs to be 1 and 2 does not work...? But then if I put it 1 is it possible that if this new user only has the same name and new emailbox has been created it mixes it up and this user will accidentally have access to someone elses archive with the same name or is it so that the emailbox absolutely is the same one as before...?
