Hi,
Still have problem as discribed in this: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH54529 Have created the key and put the value as 2 (create a new entry) and ran the provisioning task but still the account won't show up as possible to enable or anything... Did also try zapping but it did not have any effect to it... Any ideas why this won't work?

from the technote, "Note; If the mailbox will not automatically be linked to the old record,enable the mailbox using by Enable Mailbox wizard."
have you tried manually enabling the mailbox?

also, that technote is very outdated. if you're on a 64bit system make sure you created the reg key in the right place.

Could it be that the value for some reason needs to be 1 and 2 does not work...? But then if I put it 1 is it possible that if this new user only has the same name and new emailbox has been created it mixes it up and this user will accidentally have access to someone elses archive with the same name or is it so that the emailbox absolutely is the same one as before...?
