Hi All
We are using Exchange 2010 and EV 9.0.2 /SQL 2005 sp-4
Few of our users outlook client (outlook -2010) is not showing archive shortcut I had attached screenshots.
I zap one of the user but I face the same issue.
I export his vault into pst file and try to import it in the users mailbox and create shortcuts but still icons are not reflected
when user double click the archive item it was not restore but when it was click on the link the item was restore in new window.
I had check the desktop policy but everythink seems fine.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Assuming the EV Outlook extensions are installed it is most related to the forms.
1. Try deleting the forms cache and restarting Outlook (EVResetClient will do this for you).
2. Ensure the policy setting to deploy forms is set to automatic (or are you using Org forms library?)
3. Check the client trace as above and ensure the forms are being installed.
Search the support site and Connect for "deploy forms locally", this should lead you to a resolution. Here's a couple that I came across:

Cheers

It looks like one of the following has occurred:
1. EV client not installed or not the correct version has been installed
2. The user has been disabled for EV
Check those first, enable the client trace and check the trace to see what is happening when outlook starts up.
