First I you have installed OWA correctly
- Install OWA Plugins
- Run owauser.wsf
- Desktop Policies (Show buttons in OWA)
etc

Next You will need to:
- Restart the EV Services
- Resynchronise Mailboxes

Lastly
- Clear IE Cache/History on the Client
- Shutdown IE and Restart

etc

Hi,

I already ran owauser.csf, install OWA extension, restart EV Admin Service and synchronize mailboxes ...
I cleared IE cache/history ...
Buttons do not appear !

Before you ran the owauser.wsf file did you create the exchangeservers.txt file containing the IP addresses of all your exchange servers?
The file needs to be created in your \program files\enterprise vault

Yes I created that file. The owauser.wsh script cannot run without exchangeservers.txt file.
Other idea ?

Check the disktop policy and ensure that you have enabled the buttons in OWA
Also can you open archived mail through OWA?

Are you running an Exchange cluster, if you are the exchangeservers.txt file should containg the node IP addresses and the virtual exchange IP address

This is not an Exchange cluster.
The destop policy is configured normally to show the EV buttons in OWA Toolbar.

This issue can be for so very many reasons.

The referenced Troubleshooting Document I find covers just about all of them, and I have been able to find solutions to this problem using it.

At the bottom of this document are several other references to this same issue and each of the references key in on specific issues.

If this doesn't help than you should create a support case.

Hi,

After researches it seems that I am in the following case. But I don't know wthere, I mean within which section, of the web.config I should add this line...

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/321015.htm

Issue:
- Open Internet Explorer (IE) on the CAS Role
- Copy the following line to IE:
https://localhost/ews/exchange.asmx
- This link fails

Change link to the following:
https://10.20.30.40/ews/exchange.asmx
- This link is successful.

Resolution:
In web.config, add the following line:

<add key="EnterpriseVault_ExchangeWebServicesUrl" value="https://10.20.30.40/ews/exchange.asmx"/>
