Dear All,
I have an issue where the EV icon does not show up on the user machine.
The account has been provisioned for a long time and this only happened when the EV client is recently reinstalled on this user's new machine.
I have re installed the entire office suite as well as re-created a new outlook profile but to no avail.
ResetEVClient.exe was also used but no luck too.
The user account on EV was also zapped and re-provisioned but too it did not work Can anyone help me out on this pls?

do the icons appear if you open this mailbox from another computer where the ev addins are working properly?
can you have another user login to the computer having the issue and test if they appear when that other user's mailbox is open?
lastly, you can have the user login to OWA and see if the EV features are recognized there.
hopefully through some or all of these steps you'll be able to narrow down the issue.

I would suggest grabbing a client trace, with maximum logging enabled (you'll have to enable it in the registry).
Also try with Outlook in online mode versus cached mode, and see if that shows buttons/icons.
