We're running EV 9.0.1.1073 for email archiving and generally don't have any issues. That said I've recently created new policies to archive emails after 6 months, enable the VV and delete shortcuts after a week - the VV appears but the shortcuts aren't getting deleted from the mailbox.
The shortcuts were created months ago and I've confirmed that the correct policies are applying to the correct mailbox - any ideas before I go through the pain of logging it with tech support?
