EV10 FSA recall issues while using passthrough recall

Hi,

We are having issues while using EV10 FSA recall issues while using passthrough recall.

Randomly archived files failed to open with error - you do not have write permissions to this file.

When we disable passthrough recall it works fine for any archived files.

Any idea what the issue could be?

So Passthrough works okay and then you just get this error and have to disabled it?

What are your file servers?

Correct, passthrough recall works sometimes but most of the time it doesn't. End users start getting those error while opening an archived file. If we disable passthrough all together then end user never gets any error.

We had issues reported with 10.0.1 which have been confirmed as resolved in 10.0.2.

I don't have much detail about what exactly has been fixed but not only the issue was resolved in-house, a customer has also confirmed that the upgrade resolved the issue.

It would be worth a try
