Hi there,
I was verifing and updating index and got errors. In the EV event log I found the following:
The processing of the Upgrade Sub task has stopped following errors.
Upgrade Sub task ID: 11F5D41D869E84444920813AE129683101110000evsite_5261
Reason: ContentSource
Error Type: NonCritical
Description: Could not connect to the storage service on evserver01.messeffm.main.messefrankfurt.com. ArchiveId=[11F5D41D869E84444920813AE129683101110000evsite]

The system was migrated to EV10. The firewall of Windows Server 2008 R2 was enabled. Deployment Scanner didn't show problems.
I found a forum discussion about something similiar and switched of the W2k8R2 firewall. Suddently it was working.
Anyone an idea, what ports are required in addition to the verified and documented?

You should enable Port 135 TCP in AND out
