EV11 - Web Search Page - Timeouts and Archive Group questions

Hi,
 
When I web browse to our EV Search Page, I first get asked about an Email Archive Group - then, once I ignore that, I keep getting timeouts, instantly, every time I try and select a folder.
 
The 'Email' archive group has more than 15 archives.
You can configure new archive groups to organize archives and optimize your search experience.

Your session has expired due to an extended period of inactivity.

Click "OK" to return to Enterprise Vault Search

I am using IE11 - But I have also had the problem reported for Chrome too.

When I click on INBOX, right after logging in, I get the timeout. So either it is set to timeout after 1 second or something is really wrong.

Just installed and checked FireFox on my PC (Where IE doesn't work) and that works fine.

can you try IE11 in compatibility view?
