Hi
we have to implement EV 11 as archiving solution for one custome
we will target Exchange 2013 , file server and share point
i need your suggestion to make questionare for the customer in the plan stage before we excute .
what the questions should i send to the customer .

Hello Yassora,
As a partner, you should use the Sizing sheet to determine what you need.
There are tools available to gather information on the required numbers, also on Partner site.
For Exchange:
How many Exchange servers/DAG's? How many mailboxes? Backlog? PST's? What policy to use, what shortcuts to use, retention categories, will you do Journal Archiving, allow expiry etc.
For FSA and SP archiving, I don't know (worked very little with this). I assume same questions can be asked.
