EV12.0.1 issues with web applications

Hello!

After upgrate from EV 11.0.1 to EV 12.0.1 there is a problem to download items from archive using browser access no matter double click or right click -  Download. When i double click I see how address changes to https://evServer/EnterpriseVault/download.asp?VaultID=1733AA705D49FF446B0E6F8F6CFBDF3971110000vault-spb&SaveSetID=%2387312%2413151AEEC8362DE41AA034BD7386B0A691110000vault-spb&Format=NATIVE&AttachmentId=0&webapp=1 and back to https://evServer/EnterpriseVault/Search/shell.aspx so nothing happens. But Export to pst or zip works.

And when i opens Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task - Reporting - View reports it go's to https://evServer/EnterpriseVault/Search/shell.aspx

Have tried different browsers and computers.

Any advise?

Is IE set to run in Compatibility Mode? You might want to add the search page

Compatibility Mode doesn't help.

Hello Dronix, 

I advise you to get in touch with Veritas Support Services and open a new support case about it.

What if you open URL with the FQDN and/or without the HTTPS (like a test).

Did you check the corresponding dtrace (w3wp.exe and StorageOnlineOpns.exe) and the IIS log on the EVServer?

Hello Massimo,

I solved a problem. It was in IIS configuration. For SSL to be working with EV even if we go to evServer.my.com without http:// or https:// in address bar, we have set http redirection to https://evServer/EnterpriseVault/Search/shell.aspx  on Defaul web site with "Only redirect requests to content in this directory..." checkbox. But after upgrade all subdir's inherited redirection url. So i disabled redirection and enabled it again. All work now.
